Delivery Policy

SAME DAY DELIVERY is available for orders placed BEFORE 12:00 (noon)

For orders placed Monday through Saturday before 12:00 pm, we offer same day delivery in the Greater Toronto Area, ON, Canada. Local Delivery Fee is $10 within 10km radius. Extended hours and same day delivery is available for local area (Woodbridge, Vaughan and Richmond Hill) before 7PM. Delivery fees may vary based on the distance if beyond the local area and will show on the check out page.  Peak holiday periods may have a different cut off time. To specify a time for delivery or faster service, Please call 1-855-3737-455. Same day delivery can be chosen for all days except Sundays. Deliveries are usually made between 9am – 6pm.  We cannot always guarantee AM or PM delivery times, but are always willing to do our best to meet your time-of-day requests. In many cases we are limited simply by the amount of available time needed to fulfill an order as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.  

During busy holiday times we always recommend placing your order well in advance. Orders are not guaranteed for same-day delivery during peak holiday periods (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, December 22 - 24). Redelivery - If the recipient is not home, the parcel will be left with a neighbor, and the recipient will be notified. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the customer may be billed for the second delivery. If there is some concern that the recipient may not be home, we will phone ahead and arrange a delivery time - this is by request only.

Please note that our delivery drivers are often not allowed to take a flower order directly to the recipient's room in hospitals, hotels, and in some businesses or Schools. Due to the unique nature of these deliveries, we will gladly provide delivery to the reception desk or suitable equivalent.
